(1) In case of death of an insured without payment of claim under any life insurance policy, the amount according to the policy shall be received by the concerned insured: the person named in the policy.
(2) the insured to anyone. If there is no wish or if the person who is wished has died before the death of the insured, such amount will be received by the rightful person according to the prevailing law.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1) or (2), if the insured has authorized someone to write an insurance policy, the priority to receive the amount of the insurance claim up to the extent of the authorization shall be reserved for the authorized person.
